basecamp Support

A private, invite-only app for one family.

Getting in

basecamp is invite-only. You need an invite code from someone who is already a member of the group. If you don't have one, ask the person who told you about the app.

Posting your daily photo

Open the Mems tab and tap to post. You'll see everyone else's photos for the day once you've posted your own. You can post one photo or a short video each day.

Adding a sports calendar

Go to the Schedule tab and tap + Calendar. You'll need the calendar link from wherever the schedule lives — GameChanger, LeagueApps, TeamSnap, or a school calendar page. Look for an option called "Subscribe," "Calendar Sync," or "iCal" and copy the link it gives you. Paste it in along with who the calendar is for and what sport it is.

Notifications aren't coming through

Check that notifications are enabled for basecamp in your iPhone's Settings. If they still don't arrive, open your profile in the app and tap the option to re-register notifications.

Deleting a post or your account

You can delete your own posts and comments from within the app. To delete your account and everything associated with it, email the address below.
